What do the lights and sounds mean on the One Top? Normal Operation LED Reason Description Flashing all LEDs once Cooktop turned on You will hear the startup sound and see all 10 LED lights on the front of the One Top flash. Flashing all LEDs three times Cooktop turned off You will hear the shutdown sound and all 10 LED lights will flash three times. LED lights cascading Cooking in Recipe mode All LED lights may constantly move up and down when cooking a step-by-step recipe, preheating or holding a temperature (e.g. Sous-Vide mode). LED light single cascade Cooking in Direct input mode You will hear a chime and lights will go up and down for the 10 power levels. Blue light Connected to Bluetooth The 10th (last) LED light on the front of the One Top will be solid blue when successfully paired with Bluetooth. Safety Features LED Reason Description Blinking all LEDs Safety Feature For high temperature control (where the target temperature setting is above 214°F), the cooktop will run for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, the cooktop blinks all LEDs and sounds every 5 seconds for 1 minute. During the 1 minute warning period, press the + button to continue cooking. The cooktop will automatically adjust power to maintain the desired temperature. If you do not press the + button during the 1 minute warning period, the cooktop automatically turns off. Error Codes The One Top can communicate the reasons for an error by flashing a specific LED light located on the front of the cooktop. The first step in troubleshooting One Top should always be disconnecting and reconnecting the cooktop to power. To reset One Top disconnect the power cord from the 120V socket then reconnect it to restart the cooktop.
