June 27, 2018 19:43 Updated The Tasty One Top works with special recipes specifically designed for the One Top as well as original Tasty recipes that use precision temperatures through the Tasty app to get the best results.🍲😍 Recipe mode There are a variety of recipes specially designed to communicate with your Tasty One Top. These step-by-step recipes can be found in the main One Top tab within the Tasty app. To cook in Recipe mode, simple connect to the Tasty app, choose a recipe and let the cooktop automatically adjust temperature and power settings to precisely match the recipe instructions. The One Top tracks time & temperature, and lets you know when to flip your pancake, add your veggies, or eat your meal. We currently have 40+ recipes specifically designed for the One Top and we’ll continue to add more step-by-step recipes to make the Tasty app as fully featured as possible with each new app update. One Top friendly recipes There are a variety of "One Top friendly" recipes in the Tasty app that are able to to communicate with your Tasty One Top. These recipes use precise temperatures setting to cook your favorite Tasty recipes with the tap of your app. Once you begin the recipe, you can set the One Top to the precision temperatures that the recipe requires. To view these friendly recipes: Connect to your One Top. Tap the One Top Friendly button in the One Top tab Friendly recipes can also be searched Connect to your One Top. Tap Discover from the bottom menu. Type One Top friendly in your Tasty app search bar. Compatible recipes will display below the recipe. Note: 💡 The One Top friendly logo will only appear on compatible recipes after you connect to your Tasty One Top. Non One Top friendly recipes All other original recipes in the Tasty app will need to be used with Direct mode. In Direct mode, the Tasty app is optional. You can read and set cooking temperature from the Tasty app, but you must turn on the cooktop and control power levels via the buttons on the front of the cooktop.
