June 19, 2018 21:29 Updated You must enter a verification code that will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone number you are used to sign up on Tasty with phone login. 📞 If the code never arrived or you never received it you have entered the number incorrectly, you may have to send another code, you may have turned off SMS or Cellular data messaging or short code messaging may be turned off. Here are some more detailed instructions: Resend verification code First and foremost, try re-sending the code. After 30 seconds of inactivity or a failed login attempt the ability to resend the verification code will appear at the bottom of the screen. Try tapping Resend verification code and see if the SMS message appears. Verify phone number If you still do not receive the code your phone number may be entered incorrectly. 💁🏼 Tap Cancel in the upper left corner. Tap Log in with a phone number again. Verify that your phone number and country code are entered correctly. Note: 💡 Country code availability is limited at this time. Check SMS and Cellular settings If the issue persists, make sure SMS is enabled. Tap Settings. Tap Messages. Make sure the Send as SMS toggle to green Make sure the MMS Messaging toggle to green Tap Settings to go back to main menu Tap Cellular Make sure Cellar Data is toggle is green Short code verification Another common issue with not receiving verifications codes would be if your cellular carrier has disabled short code SMS. Please verify with your cellular carrier that short code SMS is not disabled. Your mobile carrier may be blocking the short code SMS that the Tasty app uses for account verification purposes. Note: 💡 You will have to contact your mobile provider to confirm that short code SMS is enabled for your mobile account.
