Why did my saved recipes disappear? Matthew M. April 18, 2018 18:52 Updated If your previously saved recipes are no longer displaying in the Tasty app, there are a couple of potential reasons. You may have logged in with a different account, the Tasty app may not be up to date or the Tasty recipe cloud may have a temporary service outage. Check your account If you recently logged out of your original Tasty app account for any reason, you must log back in to your original account method in order to keep all your saved recipes. For instance, if you originally created your account with Facebook, then created a new account through phone login, your previously saved recipes will not transfer to the new account. Note: 💡 The ability to transfer previously saved recipes between a Tasty phone account and Facebook account is not available at this time. If you need to change to your original login proceed with the below steps: Sign out of the Tasty app from new account From the Tasty app: Tap My Recipes. Tap the gear in the top right corner to enter Settings. Scroll down and select Sign Out. Sign-in to Tasty app with original account From the Tasty app: From the Home Screen, select your original account creation method (e.g. Log in with Facebook). When prompted, select Continue. Select Login with phone or email, do not choose Log in with the Facebook app. Allow app permissions and follow remaining on screen steps. Check for latest updates First and foremost, make sure you're using the latest version of the Tasty app. To update, open the iOS app store and search for "Tasty" and select "Update."
